The rains have just started - heavy winds and rain, clear streets 
Half an hour later - roads flooded, traffic slows down, the water is gushing in
Vehicles start stalling, the autorickshaw seen at extreme right soon overturned due to force of gushing water, the driver managed to escape unhurt.
